Nuclitalia Privacy Policy pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) regarding the processing of personal data through the website.
Nuclitalia S.r.l., with a registered office in Rome at Viale di Tor di Quinto 45/47 and a VAT and tax ID number of 18110361005 (hereinafter referred to as "Nuclitalia" or "the Controller"), will process the personal data collected through the website www.nuclitalia.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and this privacy policy.
For the purposes of this policy, "processing of personal data" refers to any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, whether automated or manual, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or any other form of making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
The Data Controller will process the personal data ("Personal Data") of visitors to the Website as described below:
- ·Browsing data: during normal operation, computer and telecommunications systems and software used to operate the site collect data such as access date and time, pages visited, Internet Service Provider name, and IP address used to access the Internet. This data is transmitted implicitly through web communication protocols or is intended to improve management and optimization of the Site.
- Contact data: first and last name, email address, phone number, and message content submitted via forms on the Site if the user contacts Nuclitalia with information requests or collaboration inquiries. Processing personal data marked with an asterisk (*) is necessary to respond to user requests. Providing additional personal data is optional.
The Data Controller has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR. These measures aim to prevent and counter the loss of Personal Data, as well as unlawful or improper use and unauthorized access.
The Data Controller will be processed the personal data collected through the Website for the following purposes:

Personal Data will be processed within the European Union and stored on servers located within the European Union. The same Personal Data may be processed in countries outside the European Union, provided that an adequate level of protection is ensured, as recognized by the European Commission's adequacy decision.
Any transfers of personal data to non-EU countries, in the absence of an adequacy decision by the European Commission, will be possible only if the Data Controllers and Processors involved provide adequate contractual or agreed-upon safeguards, including Binding Corporate Rules and standard contractual clauses for data protection.
The transfer of Personal Data to third countries outside the European Union, in the absence of an adequacy decision or other appropriate measures as described above, will be carried out only with explicit consent or in the cases provided for by applicable data protection legislation. In such cases, please be advised that the transfer of Personal Data may be subject to risks related to the peculiarities of local legislation on the processing of Personal Data.
The Personal Data processed for the purposes described above will be retained in accordance with the principles of proportionality and necessity, until the purposes of the processing have been fulfilled (e.g., managing user requests, conducting checks on the functioning of the Website, etc.).
With regard to Personal Data, data subjects may, pursuant to Articles 15–21 of the GDPR, exercise the following rights, where applicable:
- access and request a copy;
- request amendmen;
- request cancellation;
- obtain processing limitatio;
- oppose processing;
- receive the data provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
